  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hairessence.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns not following this procedure will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 14 days. For defective products, we will cover the return postage. For non-fault returns, refunds will be issued excluding the original delivery fees, and you may be responsible for return shipping costs if the 14-day period has expired.
